Trae Kerdyk was born and raised in Miami and has worked at Kerdyk Real Estate since 2016 as a third-generation realtor. Trae graduated from Eckerd College and double majored in Environmental Studies and Business Administration. After graduating, he spent several years managing residential and commercial renovations and is working on becoming an FL-licensed building contractor. He has a firm understanding of construction in South Florida, knowledge of Miami’s landscape and neighborhoods, extensive property management experience, and experience in all asset classes. Fun fact: Trae’s hobbies include art glass-blowing, scuba diving, boating, and fishing!
