William Colas joined Kerdyk Real Estate in 2006. Since that time he has successfully closed Hundreds of Millions of dollars in transactions. As a Miami Native, He’s witnessed first hand Miami’s transformation over the last 30 years. He is experienced in the sale of both Residential and Commercial properties, He’s represented countless Tenants and landlords on the commercial leasing side, and has strong property management skills. In addition, Mr. Colas is a 50% owner of WM Land Acquisitions which is a real estate investment firm that actively seeks residential opportunities from fix and flips to long-term multifamily investments. He is also well-versed in property tax appeals. Since 2011 he has successfully reduced assessed property values for his customers in excess of $30,000,000. William is also an investor with a private lending firm based in Coral Gables that provides financing to individuals seeking Real Estate oriented loans. Furthermore, William served as campaign Manager for the former Coral Gables Vice Mayor William Kerdyk.
